2008 Favorites

Here’s a collection of some of my favorites from my work for The Bee in no particular order. Enjoy.

Very nice. Even with the grandeur of Yosemite, to be really good, all photographs made there need the additional element of changing weather or light.

GoodWork…In my many years as a Bee photog, my favorite work was always of farm workers in our ag valley. Many Presidents as well as the Queen of England, never came close to the historical significance of Cesar’s people.

Good enviro of Blackie. We are all true to our own code, whatever that may be and this man is one of the True Believers. He still gives space in the garage at his home south of town to the street rod of a wonderful, now long gone, mutual friend. I thank him for that.

Wonderful photograph of a climber. These are not easy to get unless you get up on the monolith with them.

Thanks for your responses, Richard. It’s great to have the mature perspective on photography by a Fresno institution, such as yourself. The Bee owes you a lot for your contributions.
