Dog day afternoon

Spent the afternoon shooting dogs and their owners to preview an upcoming dog show in The Bee’s “7.” Dogs are fun, but they are like kids in that they really don’t care about having their pictures taken. The big challenge is squeaking a toy with one hand and focusing and shooting with the other.

Newborn session

This little guy is only three weeks old and was part of a family portrait session I did in Fresno over the New Year holiday weekend. I hadn’t done too many newborns yet, other than when my own were born, so it was kind of fun to do something a little different.
